Jiwa jowar noodles are millet, guar gum, and salt. Yu whole wheat noodles are atta and water. Manna rice sevai is rice flour. None of these three include a masala sachet.
Why do some healthy noodles still have sugar?
The noodle can be millet. The masala in the box often has cane sugar or jaggery. If the sachet is not listed, check the brand site before you buy.
Are these gluten-free?
Jiwa jowar and Manna rice sevai have no wheat. Yu noodles are whole wheat, so they are not gluten-free.
